Accepted Payment Methods
* International Visa, MasterCard, and other major credit/debit cards are accepted.
* Indian net banking is supported for most major banks.
Booking & Confirmation
* Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to confirm any service.
* Once redirected to the HDFC Bank payment page, ensure the page URL starts with "https\://" and displays HDFC's verified domain.
Fraud Screening & Verification
* All payments are subject to verification by HDFC Bank. Vesna Tours reserves the right to hold or cancel any booking flagged for suspicious activity.
Strict No-Refund Policy
Once payment has been made and a service has been confirmed, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed under normal circumstances. Please ensure that you review all service details and travel requirements before proceeding with payment.
Exceptions (Subject to Vesna Tours’ Discretion)
In rare and exceptional situations where Vesna Tours agrees to cancel a booking and issue a refund, the following process will apply:
* The customer must request the refund in writing, stating clear reasons.
* Upon approval, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 working days.
* The refund will be processed through the original payment method via HDFC Bank’s payment gateway.
* The customer will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
Third-Party Services
If your booking includes third-party services (such as airline tickets or partner-organized tours), the refund policy of that provider will apply. Vesna Tours is not responsible for refunds on those components unless stated otherwise at the time of booking.
